1Heat the oven to 180 °C (convection cooking).  
2Pour into the blender.Drink Zero Orgeat Syrup + Diete.tic 
3Pour into the blender.Flour + KAMUT® Wheat Flour + Instant yeast 
4Blend.  
5Split the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. For a perfect cooking, flatten the dough balls (up to 5 cm wide and up to 1 cm thick).
6Put the baking tray in the oven for 25 minutes.  
7Let cool in the oven (partially open). It is useful for removing further water from the dough.
