Preparation Method
1Heat the oven to 180 °C (convection cooking).  
2Pour into the blender.Water + Anchovies paste 
4Pour into the blender.Flour + KAMUT® Wheat Flour + Buckwheat Flour + Chickpea Flour + Instant yeast 
6Split the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. For a perfect cooking, flatten the dough balls (up to 5 cm wide and up to 1 cm thick).
7Put the baking tray in the oven for 25 minutes.  
8Spread.Mato Mato KetchupAdd this ingredient when the oven is partially open to prevent it from burning.
9Add above.Cooked Ham (Snello)Add this ingredient when the oven is partially open to prevent it from burning.
10Let cool in the oven (partially open). It is useful for removing further water from the dough.
